At Timeless Craft Atelier, every timepiece is individually assembled and carefully inspected to meet our highest standards of craftsmanship and aesthetic refinement.

We understand that purchasing a watch online is a considered decision. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a structured and transparent return process outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and unworn

  • Protective films, tags, and original packaging must be intact

  • The item must show no signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage

Because each timepiece is individually prepared, we cannot accept returns for watches that have been resized, modified, or customized at the client’s request.

2. Return Process

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • Timeless Craft Atelier is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to the sender.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to select a different model, we kindly ask you to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Your order number

We will resolve the matter promptly and with priority.

6. International Orders
